There will be no new China.. but unless the U.S. gets a handle on their criminal billionaires they will be the next Philippines.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

The economy is very simple. Supply and demand. Computers can do this much more accurately and swiftly
and they don't command half the cash flow for doing so as the obscenely rich capitalist humans do.
Capitalism is soon to be obsolete.

IMHO the next rising star will be Latin America if they all unite. They have the resources and a population crying out for work. Most Latin American countries also have a great number of educated people, with experience gained in North America. Many of those will return once their economy starts improving.
The world needs more idiots like me, all the others think they are clever.

I would guess India for cheap labor products.  It still remains to be seen if china can handle losing its cheap labor base an what that does to a economy.  Some country's manage it (South Korea,  Japan) other country's do not (Philippines, Mexico).

Theirs also the problem of industrial automation,  an in 20 years time there wont be a need for unskilled labor in manufacturing.
