How do you look up on a midget? Most Philippines are 4.9 feet tall.

You don't make yourself big by making such condescending statements.  In fact, it makes you smaller than those you ridicule.  Deng Xiao Ping was only about 5', but he was not a mental midget like some taller people.

Summary so far

3. Poor country does not have much bribes to offer.

Philippine politicians are no less corrupt than their Chinese counterparts (whose money has been shifted to tax havens overseas).   But most Philippino people are very kind hearted.   Philippino maids and caregivers who work in HK and elsewhere deserve respect.

It's #102 out of 180 on the Rank List - not the worst, but not the best. Especially with the latest news about top Chinese leaders and the flight of their extreme wealth to overseas tax havens.
