my direct experiences in China are for a very short time during which I did not see queue jumping at the airport or at the hotel I stayed. I am sure there are such and it is uncivilized. I am sure China is not perfect, just like India is not all imperfect. I just liked this post showing long, long lines with such a large crowd and no stampede. It might not be the complete picture in China. Just wanted to say it is still a pretty picture to see all that many queues forming anywhere. It is indicative of something good if people change a traditional greeting to "Have you queued?", a change in culture that reflects well, particularly after what I have experienced. I have a thing about queues..
Majority time, i abided by the rule of queuing, but if I am angery for the messy situation and no way to complain, i will get what i wanted anyway through queue jumping, of course this sistuation is rare appearing in my life, thus i am always the loser, just like in real life.
