A warm warning is frequently seen on the wall of the hospital in China.
Carefully Slipping (小心滑倒)
In my mind,it should be "Mind Slipping".
And I do not know whether I am right.

Thanks Liu. I suppose some of the examples may be very old and are no longer applicable.

Broken is used for watch, and so on.
Hearing frequently used for court.

Broken is used when something broke into two piece.
Clothes cannot break into two piece. There the word "torn" is used.

You listen to a teacher. You have a listening test tomorrow. Both are correct.
You are right to point out that "Court Hearing" is also a common use of the word Hearing.

A warm warning is frequently seen on the wall of the hospital in China.
Carefully Slipping (小心滑倒 ...

The phrase can be translated as
"Be Careful, the floor is slippery" or "Careful! Slippery Floor" if the signboard is short.

Both Carefully and Slipping are used to describe action.

Just like Chinese, a word in English have one meaning but have a different meaning when joined with another word.

I do know sometimes tourist place purposely put in the incorrect translation just to attract tourist's attention
