These seabirds die in huge numbers every few years. They are the most common bird in the world and when there is a population crash, they usually die at sea (not enough food) and get blown onto beaches...in huge numbers.

It is great to read alternative media, but they sometimes take rubbish articles. Have you read the article? It says nothing.
That's because this year's deaths have been studied (as they are every time this happens) by different universities, councils, states, federal governments, environmental organisations and individual hobbyists, and the birds died FROM LACK OF FOOD which means they do not have the energy to complete their flight. There is no connection to radiation, poison or even pollution.
You need to accept when you have produced a rubbish article and not swallow everything you see, just because it matches your world view.
