Chinese people, esp. those in poor rural communities are quite frugal.
Would it be more practical to let the food rot and the oil contaminate the ground?

I haven't seen such shocking behavior since I saw the homeless going through garbage bins behind
the grocery stores here in the USA.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?
