You seem to be writing this painfully obvious piece of western propaganda as if you live in China.
Nobody believes you any more seneca. Even some of your buddies are distancing themselves from you now.

China used to have Socialized free medical care, and it was abolished. "Why?", you may ask, and the answer is simple: The Chinese government could see from every other country in the world that has it, that it is impossible to fund and run as a government enterprise. In every nation that has it, it's become moribund, inefficient, and an impossible to sustain revenue black-hole. China doesn't need to repeat the errors of the UK and now the USA - if Americans had bothered to look at how their government already ran the disgrace that is the VA Medical service and Medicare's impending bankruptcy, and they terrible care they provide, then they'd have never believed a word Obama said when he promised all the impossible things he promised. The UK has been trying to 'reform' the NHS into a more American-style hybrid of Private/Public healthcare for decades, because the NHS is crumbling under the corroding weight of decades of healthcare tourism, unsustainable entitlements (really, breast enlargements, nip-tucks, and lipo on the NHS'?), and gross top-heavy 'management' expenditure and under-investment. Most of the British NHS' 'world famous' hospitals like Great Ormond Street are in fact only possible because of huge amounts of private donor money, just like the best centers for excellence in the USA. If it were left to government in the UK they wouldn't exist, and that'll be the future in the US if ObamaCare isn't abolished, and soon. So back to the question: When will China have an NHS (again)? If the government has any sense, then the answer should be "never".

I am not familiar with the America Medicare system. I get cradle to the grave free medical assistance. Sometimes that cradle to the grave can be a very short gap
