This month on 11th, a college student from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics made a grandiose romantic gesture to try and steal the heart of a young female classmate. Unfortunately, his candle-decorated writing of "I love you" was extinguished when the girl and her roommates dowsed it with water, rejecting the boy in front of his fellow students.

A student from Huazhong University of Science and Technology used another way to accomplish a public confession. He went door to door asking for the help from his college fellows, requesting them to turn on or turn off the light in their dorm according to his arrangement.
