I forgot drinking water. Will water growth rate match the population growth rate ?

On a per capita standards, China's per capita annual water has less than 2,000 cubic meters, while the annual global per capita water availability is nearly 6200 cubic meters.

State Department of Environmental Protection recently reported that in the country, only less than half of the water can be treated to achieve safe drinking levels, and a quarter of the surface water has been contaminated to the extent of even unsuitable for industrial use. Independent evaluation concluded even more pessimistic.

Food or water if not wasted will they be sufficient for the  0.57% average population growth(last decade)?

What do you think of the 0.57% average population growth in the past decade?
Does it mean one child policy is really practising?
When you visit the famous scenic spot on holidays among the crowds, do you think of population issue?

Even if you have a one child policy in place, will it really make a difference to the world population?

And how will you determine who can have children and who not? What basis or criteria will you use to restrict people from having children, and who decides for all the people, you are allowed to have a child and you don`t?

What does it help one nation to restrict birth if all the other countries continues to expand exponentially, does that country not make itself vulnerable to be conquered by the other nations "immigrants" ?

Maybe loosen it a little? It is already getting loose, decade after decade.

true. I think people should have the freedom to have as many children as they want.
The One Child Policy is inhuman.
There are also consequences too.
The present problem is that it's so hard for two married people to take care of 4 senior parents, while the social welfare system is not good enough
Life is what you make of it
