  According to the statistics from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, the number of Chinese mobile communication service users amounts to 1,146,000,000 up to March 2013, increasing 1.24% compared to the previous month. Among the mobile communication service users, 277,270,000 of them are 3G users. The popularization of mobile phone and the Internet overturned thoroughly people's traditional way of communication, entertainment, social networking and obtaining information with polymerized transformation and real-time speed of information. The public embraced a new era of new media.
