Diet should be mostly fruits and vegetables. Meat should be a secondary part of the diet, not the primary part.

Exercise regularly. The type of exercise is important. If you can handle strenuous exercise, by all means do it.

Relaxation is vital, too. Be sure to have enough sleep. Taiji is a great way to relax.

Keep the mind active. Learn a new skill or language. Read often. Be CREATIVE (write, compose poetry or music, create art, etc).
