Dough drop with assorted vegetable soup Time: 10-15 minutes
Portion: for two
Ingredients you need: ...

Hmm... "noodles" made only of flour would not fit my taste I'm afraid :)

Laowai's modification:
6. put an egg in a bowl, add a pinch of salt or tablespoon of soy sauce, stir well, and add some flour to make "cream-like" liquid
7. pour it slowly into hot, boiling soup, in steady and very thin stream, breaking the stream with chopsticks just as it hits the water (making small noodles), boiling for 2 minutes is OK

this kind of "poured noodles" can be used for any clear soup, or can be made in boiling salted water (then to be strained and added to other dish)

it needs some practice to make it according to Your own taste:
only egg with flour - noodles are harder
adding some (cold) water to egg and flour - noodles are softer

No-hassle recipe for dinner --that's the theme, not breakfast, not snack

My suggestion--Baked fish fillets with bell peppers
A 600w small oven toaster will do.

300g bell peppers sliced
250g fish fillets not too thick
2g salt
1g black pepper or white pepper power
3ml cooking oil
aluminium foil sheet

pre-heat the oven toaster for 3 to 5 minutes
put a sheet of aluminium foil on the tray so that you don't have to wash dish after the meal
put a little cooiking oil on the tray,
put sliced bell pepper on it evenly,
put fish fillets on the bell pepper
add salt and pepper on the fish fillets evenly.
pour the rest cooking oil on them evenly
put the whole tray in the pre-heat oven toaster for about 10  minutes

If you want extra favour, add a little cheese to melt or tomato sauce after baked.

A system that cannot nip greed in the bud, this system becomes the breeding ground of crime.

My suggestion--Baked fish  ...

This is a good idea...cooking with foil ...avoid cleaning up later but then the aluminum foil goes to garbage dump...Hmm? Like the Bell pepper and fish fillet though...
