From my experience Chinese do not really favour chocolate with alcohol fillings or flavour.

Buy your mom a pound of GODIVA Chocolate's from Belgium. You can't go wrong but you surely need more than the estimate from Lionstar's 50 kuai. Better take the VISA card with you to shopping. (Your mom's)
