When recruitment is concerned, considerations like pay packages, benefits, leave and expected performances are considered. It would be deem unfair if a potential interviewer is not allowed to ask about their remuneration packages if they are considering for a position, but the question maybe, at which point of time should they ask?

Upon appointed , if a staff could not perform as expected, what would be the options available for the employer, this again is a painful process for both the company and the employee. Some companies may allowed more time to train their staff, or relocate them to other department, and some prefer the quick fix and get another replacement.

Whatever the reasons, the problem of wrong staffing do not lie with graduates alone. it is within the company hiring process and how to re-train their staff. Training is expected if the recruited staff is inexperienced and continued training is required to sustained a better and more competitive work force too even for experienced staff.

Yeah,I also wanna obtain the answer..are they the maker of tomorrow? Maybe,I believe...

No, they are not. Not with the current mindset of Chinese teachers and the unimaginative way the students are taught. there is no motivation to learn, only to pass the exam. These can hardly bode well for the future of all of China, especially if China has aspirations of becoming THE world leader at some stage in the future.
