Australian's don't elect the leader, the party chooses the leader, we vote for a party not a leader.

It is true and unfortunate that Chinese made products have a reputation of being sub-standard and even dangerous. The first casualty was Chinese steel and concrete which was very poor but cheap in the 1970's. Scandles involving food products did not help. There seemed to be some Chinese business people and manufacturers who flouted international safety standards and produced shoddy goods for the international markets. This has continued despite the amazing improvements overall. It must not be forgotten that China now produces excellent products . However once any person or business or country has a bad reputation it is very difficult to change consumer attitudes. Example: Chinese wedding dresses are often better made and superior to many western or indian made dresses, yet western women will pay double for a dress made in the west that is of worse quality. They believe that Chinese clothes are sub-standard without looking at the evidence. The corporate solution is to change its name; for example an insurance company that was bottom for customer service and value changed its name and is still trading very well! But a whole country cannot change its name! It will take years to establish truth once trust is lost.
English teacher and education adviser. China needs a teaching profession with less fear and more trust and honesty.

I suppose you talking about your party-room coups: Hughes, Menzies, Gorton, Hawke and in 2013; Rudd, Gillard, Abbott.

The Gillard-Rudd-Abbott dance of 2013 is unique because it involved a prime minister being deposed by the man she herself had deposed three years earlier.
It is also the only year of three prime ministers that included a general election.

In 2013, Australia had three prime ministers “for only the second time in history”.

In my opinion, you can have and keep your  Monarchy-Westminster political system.
