well Kenyan chap reacted on mr Putin pull out of US summit rather immediately by saying he is not coming to APEC summit in Russia.

It is obvious to me that Kenyans are rather emotional people.

He could of wait few weeks or days at least but not react like little spoiled dictator of Kenyan origin.

Obama would be on holiday at that time, asked if they could reschedule the summit, they said no.
