Solution 6:
The poor couple could get help from their party and government leaders from their hometown.

A few of migrant workers get back and improve their status through this way.

In tradition, Chinese called leaders by parent type of officials (家乡父母官).  After migrant workers left their hometown and came into large cities around China, the leaders in their hometown would visit the officials in those large cities and tried to help those people from their hometown.

I've ever read news reports about such cases.
For example: Leaders from BaZhong, Sichuan province, visited the municipal government of our city, Jinan, Shandong province. They also provided type of services to migrant workers in Jinan. Of couse they provided services only to those migrant workers who were from BaZhong.

I hear even construction gangs working for the GOVERNMENT laying the tracks for NEW HIGH-SPEED LINES ...

Of course, It was a hot topic in 2011.

The Railway Ministry of Central government owed money to HIGH-SPEED LINES construction contractors.

Of course those construction contractors had to owe more or less money to construction subconstructors.

Construction subconstractors and labor empolyer had to owe more or less money to migrant workers.

Solution 7:
The poor couple could hurt themselves and do a horrifying action, such as the case of the poor couple.

A few of migrant workers got back their wages through this way, especially their horrifying action raised the attention of media and reported by the media.

The leaders and the rich guys, sometimes, fear of losing face. Sometimes, they are afraid that the media reports would raise the attention of their higher ranking leaders.  The career ladder of local leaders are decided by the higher level leaders.

One such incident seems to make China-bashers exicted to p1ss their pants.

They seem really having a happy new year.

Don't forget to air dry your wet pants for the next round of excitment.
