if we use Yuan for transation activities in the future's International business, How would the government adjust the tax draw back policy?

The suppliers are undergoing export businesses allow  overseas buyers including HK andTaiwan to pay by dollars, so they can get more than 10 percent tax draw back (which depend on different products) .If use Yaun as paying currency, what the new policy would be adjusted ?

The question is of course if the rest of the world will accept a new reserve currency after the dollar. Maybe the world will look for something different.

But it for sure would be funny if it happened and then the rest of the world keep artificially low exchange rates while china complains  over how unfair it is..
