Tea is good for humide area, tea is drinking culture for southern Chinese,esp. in GZ and Fu jian. In north, we do not drink tea so often only when there are visitors in the house.

Can't say which is better and healthier, like Pork is dirty for Muslim but for Han is a basic meat.

And water is more healthy than beer. Nothing wrong with a cup or two of coffee a day. Probably something wrong with a cup or two an hour.

Since I live in the bowels of China, no Starbucks here, just "real Jamaican Blue mountain." Tasteless brown dishwater.

Back home, I like Tim Horton's. Black 2 sugar. Not double double.
