This is a picture of some underground escalator in Beijing, which you might say is more than shabby.

For those of you who live in Beijing, be ware. Next you travel by the subway, you could be rolled into it and chopped into pieces..

Oh, I almost forget, quite a number of forumites here have (a. immigrated to another country other than China; (b. never traveled by public transport inside China; or (c. yet set their foot in China.

Don't be afraid. You are brave enough.

I live in Beijing and take underground escalators EVERYDAY and have never seen one such thing.

How do you prove it's in Beijing?

The pic can be taken in NY or elsewhere.

Do you mean "emigrate"? Oh, thanks. That makes more sense.

There are thousands or probably more escalators operating in Beijing everyday.

One or two break down doesn't mean all have problems.

You are just jealous and finding fault with things in China. Pathetic loser.

With the help of my friends, I now have at least one source of the pic and the related news.

It's in Chinese. And if you don't believe your news, frankly, I don't know how I might convince you.
