Every Chinese Spring Festival sees the sufferings of go-homers getting a railway ticket.

Let alone the crowdedness aboard that can kill them. Some of them might travel back comfortably on the train. But for most of them who squeeze in to buy a seat ticket or even a standing one, the journey back is full of joy and bitterness.

Tickets are for sale starting from 9 AM, 5 or 10 days ahead of departure. To ensure that you get one, you have to arrive earlier at the station or any ticket window. Does anyone get to leave everything behind and spare an entire morning just to ensure a way back home? What if nothing is traded after hours of waiting?

They have to resorted to the expensive flight tickets. But then the comfort will be somehow ironic. Or, they stay at where they are now, far away from their family.

It's such a contrast. Those who can afford a flight ticket lay back cozily. The less economic-competent have to make do with, not even second best, long hours of  jolting (worse without a seat)

it happens everywhere in China. even the college students, whose vacation starts at a different time from that of the workers, worry about the ticket thing.

One of my colleagues lives in Chongqing.  When here comes the end of the year, she always worries about the Spring Festival transportation and tries to find the best and cheapest  to go home for reunion with her families. These days, she began to survey the information about train tickets or bus tickets, and also sended me the same pictures downloaded from the internet.  She also told me that one of her friends even squeezed the whole night through last year.Look at the picture, it is a really long  line before the ticket window. There, everyone shows tired and anxious, but what they only wanna is a ticket. Having worked hard outside the whole year, they may earn some money and buy many presents for their families.
whatever it takes, Spring Fetival is Chiese most important festival which provides the best opportunity for most of people to reunion with their families and experess their sadness of being apart.
Hope everyone can get home safely and have a happy Spring Festival.

for Chinese, it's especially important to get back with their family on the Spring Festival
if the country can not satisfy such a simple wish as this, i seriously doubt the construction of the super railways. They are just serving the class who actually need them less.
