I'm not blaming the Chinese manufacturers- I'm sure the designs either came from England, or from the Devil himself- but those are some ugly, ugly plates.  If they're really going to be used at the wedding (they look more like they'll be sold to crazy people), it's going to be a bad taste extravaganza!

Guardian online newspaper reminded us of WHAT REALLY HAPPENED during the Opium Wars!

THE MEXICAN DRUG WAR.
The death toll - 30,000 people!
That's more casualties than the Opium War.

It's obvious, that UNDERCLASS trade, had build up a big constituency in Southern China - much the same as the Drug Trade has pummeled the Mexican and Brazilian states!

Probably the Qing Dynasty annals were full of lies......
How can a small little British Naval Task force ever had a chance against the Qing Dynasty Banner Armies!

ha ha ha
It's the militia forces that the British East India Company Security forces faced - and they were eager to lose!

The Qing Dynasty banner armies

.......were the real soldier of the Empire!

50% Manchurians, 50% Chinese conscripts!
There were 8 Banner Armies, located in 8 military districts in China!
BUT only the hastily gathered Militia that faced the British Opium Merchants!

cheerios!

The Mexican, Brazil police forces

.......has to battle an UNDERCLASS TRADE, where the gang cartels has more MONEY than the Police Force Budget!
