Journalists can search it?

They can publish it?

It will be a mistery?

China Leaders must be paid according to global practise!

This means approximate 30x the basic entry salary!
This means China leaders should be paid Rmb 12,000 x 30 = Rmb 360,000 a year!
There would be an expense account, travel perks as well as perks such as state accomodation, official car or even jet if he is a senior leader!

Due to the enormous benefit and power of a leader, it's likely that his children or relatives will have easier access to business connections. Obviously a Leader has to be aware of his public image and limit the extravagance of his relatives! Media attention the relatives helps in keeping their activity moderate!

Upon retirement, a leader should be provided STATE PROTECTION and retirement benefits worth at least 2/3 his pay and upon reaching the actual age of legal retirement - 65 years old - approximately 1/2 of the current leader's pay!

cheerios!
