My fav, hands down, is Hong Kong new airport. Most advanced, appealing in all aspects. Except the restaurant prices are equal to "highway robbery".
My most expensive coffee ever was there  $5CDN (33rmb).

On the other hand, airports should be exceptionally appealing cz that is often a travellers/tourists first introduction to a country. First impressions stick.

Conklin Alberta Canada International Airport

Located 140 kms southeast of Fort McMurray at the confluence of the Jackfish River and Christina Lake, Conklin is a relatively isolated community, offering its 213 residents a quiet lifestyle in a closeknit community. Inhabitants of this community are mostly of Metis decent.

Secondary Highway 881 links the community to Anzac and connects to Lac La Biche further south. The community is served by both a local grass airstrip and the Leismer Airstrip 12 kms to the north.
