Yes , you are right.
There is no doubt the bamboo house will burn down quikly If it is on fire.
Poor man, government must do something.

Is this man so poor that he have to live in this thing?

Recently there are more and more people can't afford to buy a house in China.
That's true. But I just can't believe this man have to live in the street, sleeping in this small thing.
At least, I haven't seen someone did it before. Maybe it is a kind of action art aiming at drawing
public's attention.  Maybe this guy wants to be famous in this unusual way. If not ,why didn't he
place his bamboo house some places else instead of the street. So reporters will never know
him.
