I found some documents in chinese.  I can't read them.  Tried to post the first one.  Sent you a pm.  Maybe you can help translate?

Ok, damn, this is hard.  I think the first doc I sent you was concerning n. korea.  Let me do some more digging.

They really have a horrible search feature at wikileaks. Sure I can download everything - who wants to do that??  Crap!

I sent the translation by the aid of Google to you via PM. I just touched it up a bit.

Thank you.  Well that was obviously not what I was looking for, but still interesting.  I'm having issues with wikileaks.  I think they are getting a lot of traffic that is overloading the server.  I'll try to find the google documents alittle later.  Have to get a proposal out -

You're welcome. I bit hesitated to translate it which was classified confidential. I don't want to be wanted by Chinese police. You can try the translation of Google.

It's confidential US material...not Chinese material. I wonder though,why it is in Chinese when it comes from the US embassy.
