Women in Britain Still Banned From Combat [Copy link] 中文

The British Defense Ministry announced Monday that the ban on women serving in front-line combat roles in the Army is to remain in force.

The policy review by the ministry says that some women would be able to operate in close combat, but "team cohesion" would suffer from gender-mixing in small units.

The ministry said it also considered how other countries dealt with the matter. The US and Australia have the same restrictions as the UK.

Maybe they should create special female units for certain roles like the ROK...

It's fairly obvious that there are roles suited to both sexes on the battlefield.
