In office? On the way to office? I usually get back to the office some 15 minutes earlier to have mine. But I see a lot of people have theirs on the road. I'm not feeling comfortable about that out ...

Fruit, Bananas as they are easy in Office normally

Fruits are delicious and healthy but I kinda have a big appetite, so I can't just have fruits at breakfast.

usually also at home - I just need an awful lot of time to get going in the morning, so I usually have breakfast and read news papers for half an hour or one hour. In China, I also sometimes have it in a baozi restaurant, as I don't read news papers there anyway (my Chinese isn't good enough to understand them yet )

I don't think any food produced by school canteen is eatable. One of my schoolmates found a cockroach's leg in her lunch at the school canteen.

Well, I'm lucky that my university's kitchen is quite good -but way too expensive (at least RMB 100.- per meal). In China, I also found qutie good canteens which also offered really inexpensive food (10 Yuan were enough for a whole day!). In addition, many chinese universities have those small snack stores and restaurants around their gates, which offer great food. So I think it's quite good to study in China when it comes to food :)
