You are right

<<Canada_man wrote:Watched a Chinese movie called "Dragon Boys". This movie turned me away from Chinese movies.
It was one of the most violent / disgusting movies I have ever watched.
Sorry.>>

This is why I think it is necessary to talk about the movies first before watching them. I remember how we as kids used to watch country and western movies on television. No one thought that those were cruel, violent or disgusting at that time. Now when I am older I think the shooting of Indians (American Natives) was very cruel and disgusting too.  Also films like Psycho and Texas chainsaw murders (?) and  Reservoir ... by  Quentin Tarantino are very violent movies.  But the problem lies not in the violence but who can see those. The film by Quentin Tarantino is classified as 15+ in Scandinavia.(including Finland). This means that it is just the kids who want to watch that kind of movie. And that is really disgusting. It's a Swedish  company "Nordisk Film" which is marketing it for Finland. Those do what ever in order to increase the sales. Before certain films were censored in Finland but nowadays it's free to distribute what ever violence  and porn. The movies are limited only to the certain older groups.  Freedom of speech must be respected, of course. Or freedom of an artistic perfomance,? what ever. But there has been many school shootings in the United States and also in Finland. One reason for the shooting may be the very liberal rules of film distribution. We should do what ever means necessary to protect children and children in our schools. Schools are getting bigger and bigger and that's one problem causing weird behavior.

The former CEO of NOKIA,  Mr Jorma Ollila is now a member of the group of which focus is on marketing Finland as a country.  In other words he is branding Finland.  Perhaps the ranking is due to his and his group job. What was the publisher of that comparison?..You can PM to me if you know.
Funny enough Mr Elop from Canada is the new head of Nokia corp. Congrats!

Mr Ollila is a member of board of Shell  and Nokia too. Finland's economy is in downturn at the moment. The current ranking may be resulted in the past achievements of the education system. The current government has changed dramatically the higher education. (universities etc.), however, while the industrial production has decreased significantly in the past four years, the booming tourist flow from  Russia  is helping the travel sector in Finland.
back to movies topic... http://www.ultrareach.net/ may work perfectly well if your country is blocked by Veoh.
