China Daily needs to understand the laws and regulations of China for foreigners

it is not permitted, by law, to work against Chinese culture, Chinese Social behavior,  Chinese morals, Chinese virtues, or behave in any way contrary to Chinese standards of social conduct and what is and isnt acceptable in Chinese family and customs

that is the stipulation for every Foreign passport holder in China.

It is a part of their visa contract, there is an entire book expounding on the intricate details of what is both required and expected for Foreign travelers to China, be it for Tourism, Travel, Work, Study, or Visiting Relatives

That includes things like pornography, pedophilia, inappropriate sexual behavior, unwarranted sexual advances, sexual harassment, spreading homosexual doctrine, exposing Chinese citizens to lewd or graphic sexual material, defiling members of society, rape, promotion of rape, or the teaching, spreading, or promoting of any things which are contrary to Chinese Culture, Traditions, Morals, Virtues, and Social Standards of Conduct, as well as any and all other things Chinese find offensive, unfavorable, immoral, perverse, filthy, demoralizing, destructive to the Family, Family Values, and Cultural of China, including anything which is viewed as going against Chinese Morals and China's Welfare

Moderators of this CD BBS are also held accountable by that standard, and you are not permitted, by law, to "handle things as you like" by supporting sexually explicit and morally degrading and culturally defiling materials which harm and threaten Chinese unity, culture, and family values

The Moderators of China Daily BBS are responsible for creating an environment which is acceptable under Chinese laws and the Code of Conduct for foreigner's behavior in China, as stated in the Official Laws and Regulations set forth for the people and welfare of China by the People's Republic of China, for the perpetuation and protection of its people and posterity

and we all have a responsibility to report any post, any thread, and any member who violates those laws and regulations, and we also have a responsibility to report this forum and its moderators to the police and government officials when suitable action is not taken, or when they try and escape accountability, or when they even harbor and defend violators and perpetrators and other guilty parties, thereby becoming guilty themselves, and it must be done vigilantly, using every available channel to see that appropriate action is taken to subdue and punish their unlawful rebellion against China, its People, its Culture, its Laws, its Leadership, and its Eternal Welfare

Should there just be ONE account per user then in your opinion ?

To support your case.

User Registration through the Public Security Bureau, or China Telecom

and all Users without a visble IP address should be blocked from viewing the site, such as through a proxy

Mobile devices should be used for viewing only, as an IP is not visible, and appears as a proxy

that would also reduce the amount of agedas that get pushed around here, and the amount of "reporting clans"

at the very least, all reports to moderators should be accepted by individual IP address only, and all duplicates should be ignored, and all reports without an IP address should not be valid, even if they be through a mobile device

and moderators need to pay attention to who is reporting and for what reasons, each and every reported thread in this forum, against many many good posters, is never done from the moral high-ground, its done in response to the reporting clans own trolls

they troll then they report with all of their ghosts and clansmen, thats the usual method in this forum, and for some unknown reason it works with the moderators

few people report from the moral high ground, and when they do, they seem to be increasingly meeting with moderators who defend the perpetrators

meaning, their troll-to-report game is most likely sanctioned and supported, but the amount of ghosts make any moderating difficult to impossible to do correctly

That's a crock of bullsheet.

You made it up.

You're no attorney.

You don't have a fukkin clue.

You want different laws & rules for how foreigners should behave in China? You belong in the Nazi era.  Japan or Germany, take your pick.  The right environment for you.
