Which city do you think is safest in China? Where would you stay in the event of a catastrophic natural disaster?

No city....a remote valley would be best.Far away from large rivers and high enough to be safe of floodings. Easy to defend...because in such times people would kill for supplies. Be ready to do that too.

i think it is Henan province in central China, no earthquake, no typhoon, no storm, no flood, no drought, no any disaster... as there is the best place to set up capital for Archaian emperors...
