Did any petition ended successfully ever ?

If yes, please come up with some examples.

People need to be convinced that the constitutional instrument is not just garbage !

You'd be surprised how many of those who are in power regularly attend these KTV (or more exclusive) venues? As to how China works? Hell! Everybody knows that China is money driven. You're the man, if you've got the cash to flash!

Well, sadly every person has a right to express their views, no matter whether you agree or not. That is democracy! I guess you're still operating under the communist ideals where everybody has to conform to a single view as laid down by someone in a higher authority. Stop being a mouton and think for yourself!

I understand your point,

but this has happen a hundred times before all over China.

(some famous incidents during the Olympics included).

I am not aware of two kinds of police.

But they are obviously all under one command.

The legally granted right to petition is a farce.

Something has to be done to correct this.

Petitioners are systematically discouraged - the emphasize is on the word "systematically".

No matter what kind of police - that is a secondary issue.
