Need to import, increase stock of Correct Dairy Cattle breeds, and introduce FEEDSTOCK SYSTEM for dairy production!

hmmmm

In the meantime, just reduce the "dietary requirement" to p ...

No need to import,
dairy product industries are not new in China,
Low protein is just a pretext to add melamine to attack on Chinese babies,
it's the same kind of milk produced over the years,
and nothing happened except it was nearing th 2008 Olympics.
Yes, it's right move, lower protein requirements,
so that there's no more excuse for these terrorists to use
melamine. If ever these terrorists still continue to use,
then more severe measures to be taken,
yes, more severe punishments, and to those continue to sponsor such activities,
all the business interests will be crippled, yes bankrupt them if possible.
Please don't shoot, I'm just a babe.

To solve you need to know the CAPABILITY of the dairy cattle stock!
You do a statistical analysis!
and provide a TARGET!

BASIC!

The Farmers would adjust, probably blend the milk in their farms to achieve that target!
Basic process control game!
Not rocket science!
Easily available from your nearest PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM integrator!

ha ha ha

For the "saboteur" to penetrate, they must know the "testing system" and how to create a "false positive"!
Not so easy, if experienced QC technicians are present.
Protein, Fats, Sugars in milk has a distinctive smell too, small changes should be able to be detected by QC staff!

Pretty amazing plot by People who are very "knowledgeable of systems and methods"

It's not just Milk Powder, it's all the dairy here, Every school I have taught at gives their students yogurt or milk everyday. It's full of chemicals and hormones that cause problems for humans.

And why do Chinese mothers feed their babies milk powder anyway? The healthiest and safest food for a baby is it's own mother's milk. I've had a number of Chinese mothers tell me that milk powder is much healthier, it's a lie from the Milk industry, stop believing their advertising and look at the actual scientific studies done. The best product to feed any baby, human or otherwise, is it's own mother's milk.
