For me, I would have a cup of water after brushing my teeth and washing my face, and then have the  rice gruel!:) I think that is not bad!:)

self-made soy bean milk and steamed corn;
noodle in fried juice of tomato and egg;

I often make the breakfast as a feast or the dinner of the day.
first, a cup of water (600ml )is the appetizer.
Then, I begin to prepare the main course: noodles with hot sauce and a lot of vegetable and two eggs. Sometimes the stain food is stuffed bun, or steamed bread, or something else. But the vegetable is the most important.
At last, I have a cup of coffee.
The nutritious breakfast is the guarantee for the whole day full of energy.
My supper is always simple: some fruit and milk.

it's not enough , adding 2 bread ,a bowl of  boiled dumpling and a cup of milk
