one apple everyday, one cup of yoghurt, others like bread or any other  dim sum is optional,
it's healthy.

drink a cup of water after you get up every morning, then eat one apple, that's enough for whole morning.

run slowly for 30 minutes at least three times one week, disease will never meet with you for ever.

I agree the viewpoint of  allenmiao. I drank a cup of water  after get up every morning, it feels better if you add some honey.
then about 7:30, i eat a bowl of conjee with some vegetable.  other an egg. so enough for berakfast.
