For breakfast, I usually eat an egg or fried dough sticks or steamed stuffed bun and a conjee then I  drink a cup of milk or soymilk.
Sometime, I eat an apple and then a steamed stuffed bun.
I think every morning we should eat nutrient food to make us healthy and energetic.
