Well, like we use to say "the customer is king". Sometimes you have to swallow your pride and bear the "unjustice". The customer might be wrong but he is still the customer/king. That`s life. Deal with it professionally and go on. :)

And when it comes to work there are hierarchies. So much for equality^^

To imporove your product/service is the best way to win respect from your customerss...or you don't want to do business with them, then you could kick them ass....
