oh  i know a girl who's in her 20's. she has two or three younger sisters and a young brother. she said her grandma insisted to have a boy in the family so that her mother kept giving birth to children and finally reached the goal. she's from a rich family. her father is a boss of a company i remember. all of these children are having affluent lives in London. the family may be fined to have more children, but it's rich enough to get over it.

I think that this is highly unfair. As long as he pays his fine, he shouldn't be penalised further. I also read somewhere that now, foreigners who marry Chinese folks can only have 1 child too. Not sure where I read it but tha's a bit too much! While I agree that we're subject to China's laws whilst in China, that's one that shouldn't apply to foreigners who marry and live/work in China.
