I have already joined the company about six months and I will pass the probation period this week~
I work hard and make some improvement of our product~
I want to have some salary increase after this week~not only for acceptance but also for the living pressure~
Should I talk with the supervisor?
How to talk it?
Do you have the same experience with me ?

I can give you some suggestions. Please ask  yourself about your experience.

- Are you a newly graduate?

- What's your speciality?

- What is the salary arrange for the similar job in the talents market?

- Is your supervisor satified with your performance?

- Are you easily replaceable? For example, the job is receptionist. It is very easy to find someone to replace you. If the job involved in technology, your boss might weigh on it.

- What kind of company do you work for? Chinese state-owned, private or foreigned owned?

- What is the character of your boss?

Tip: Don't discuss with your colleagues about your salary raise request.

PS: I don't think you work for a good company from your description. It violates Labour Law of China.

The probation of 6 months conflicts the relevant laws of China.  For 6-month contract, the probation should be within 15 days. For 1-2 contract, the probation is no more than 2 months.

My suggestion is you should evalue your performance first. If your performance is excellent, and you have good interpersonal skill,  mildly put it out.

Meanwhile, try to find another job, in case your boss turns your request down.

PS: If I were you, I would request after one year. Unless you are really extremely underpaid.

Good luck. Be happy.:)
