Yes,,,

the Han Chinese "fail to consult" with the INDIAN-Tibetans and ANGLO-Tibetans.  I know that.  Thanks for telling the forum.

This is the message to the Dalai Lama - the INDIAN (Americanized and Anglicized in part) Tibetan leader:  that people like him will NOT be consulted.   His destiny is the HISTORIC GRAVEYARD.  He has to hope for his re-incarnation to be FULL CHINESE if he wants to be "consulted".

Special perks and privileges lure the most down-and-out from China to the high plateau and give them advantages locals never get. Jobs are reserved for people with Mandarin command, even factory jobs.
.

Aiyaa, you are out telling shameless lies again as usual!

Unfortunately, China seems to attract the "most down-and-outs" like you from god knows which country to teach German African English to our elementary school kids.

I'd start a campaign to sweep all those like you out of China if I had the power. So you are very lucky Snakey!

Not all jobs require Mandarin.

But many jobs do, just like elsewhere jobs require English.

Mandarin is the "common language" in all-China, and Tibet is part of China.  NOTHING WILL HAVE CHANGE THIS FUNDAMENTAL FACT.

Maybe you are jealous that English is not required there, unlike in most areas of India (and old-time Hong Kong) ?

he must have a very "English" look in order for him to get around fooling people in China, then?

His Destiny is the Historic Graveyard

Zhu replied: "It is not polite in China to talk about the possibility of a 75-year-old man passing away. We hope he lives a long life."

Not to mean to be impolite.  But this is the INEVITABLE historic destiny for everyone, including myself.

And the Dalai Lama himself knows it well....  that's why he talks about re-incarnations more than any of us....

we can only hope for a successful re-incarnation, or double re-incarnations, or triples, or quadriples....

hopefully at least one reincarnation will be in China-Tibet....

Unfortunately, most Chinese parents believe all white faces can speak and teach their kids good English.
