Besides Iran pay for it using Oil, Russia doesn't need more oil , it has plenty.

As a precursor to the long awaited roll out of the speculative J-14, which I trust would be just around the corner, China is already showing all kinds of an interest in bringing both her J-10A and J-11B to the international market.
The expected clients, accordingly to Jane's, are those of African states, Central and South America countries, and of course, South East Asia and the accessed market is estimated to be in the thousands.
Now, for China to show such daring and confidence in the marketing the J-10A and J-11B, by my opinion, provisions has to have been well implemented that any/all potential orders will be filled. This suggests that the engine problem has already been solved. It also suggests that the J-14 is ready to go otherwise she wouldn't list her two top best fighters in the export market.
It takes well up to 5 years or better to fill aircraft orders. By the delivery dates, WS-10A outputs has to have been increased exponentially. My 2 cents only of course.
