MVRd  with 10 warheads.   1 warhead of EMP (Electro magnetic Pulse) explosive that explode midair and 9 Cluster bombs (each has hundred of little  bomblets of tungsten darts) also explode mid air spread into wide area spreading those piercing tungsten darts, that should ruin the carrier flight deck. essentially, this would eliminate the CEP issue altogether.

The missile has both internal radar and infrared sensor.  It's capable of detecting incoming interceptor missile during mid flight outside of the atmosphere, and take maneverable action/move  against interceptor, such as varying acceleration and speed, doing eratic flight pattern, spitting out flare decoys...etc

yeah sure, destroys everything it touches,  except the touch part.   It would be very hard to touch something traveling at mach 10.

So, meanwhile you have to work on your touch part first. lol.

Hm... mach 10 vs. the speed of light?

Methinks the light speed wins.

only if you know where you going to aim.  it's no good you aim or calculated wrong.

besides, laser, rail gun affact by, severe attenuation due to range drop off. atmospheric condition.

finally, those weapons are not ready, not proven yet.

... abilities to track and stalk a missle in flight is better than you think, as well as ability to calculate the conditions a projectile, missile, laser is used.

As for your finally... from what I can see - the weapon that you speak of is still "on the drawing board" and not even in the demostration stage.
