Organizations such as EU, NAFTA, EAC, OAS or XYZ are all created to further the agendas of those countries within the grouping.
This is nothing new, as long as borders have existed, agendas have followed.
If we all plan to play in the same sand box ..  should we not all play equally?

I still want an answer as to why China, SKorea, and Japan are observers to the Organization of American States, while having no territory anywhere near the Americas.  Yet the US which has territory in East Asia is supposed to be left outside of the East Asian Community.
