Distance is absolutely the enemy of love, especially for half love like that in your case.

2 or 3 texts a day? That's not passion enough to be entitled to the name "LOVE".

I agree xiuxiupretty: Life is yours, also the love.

Some people think distance is good for love, others think it is bad, and still others believe it is neither good nor bad. In my opinion, as xiuxiupretty said, life is yours, also the love, and therefore, it is up to you to come to terms with the distance and decide if it is good or bad or neither good nor bad to you.

He is right, that no one knows the future

But with regard to love, if future is known or unknown, that is not important

What really matters is, you and him, you two, long and strive for the same future

You are right also, that just enjoy the present and let the future take care of itself

My husband and I once had nearly 3 years' long distance love. It's really a torture for the lovers. But we both have the same belief, we will come together someday. So we tried our best. Love means many things, not only passion, but aslo tolerence and sacrifice. So if he is your Mr Right, Don't let him go. Good luck
