Family Planning turns into Pet Planning!!!

I salute the Central Govmt decision to take care and advice about Pets.
As with one –child policy [ethnic minorities were exempt from them rules], so were rural families whose first child is female.
Anyone suggesting there is something wrong the way it’s handled is a paid troublemaker.
With dogs, also my best friend, it’s in the interest of the Chinese people and their so beloved pets to arrange for the most suitable deal.
