随着全球经济一体化的发展,越来越多的中国企业走向国际舞台,参与国际竞争。中国凭借其劳动力成本的优势和日愈提高的生产效率,在世界贸易中占据着非常重要的地位。OME 模式则是我国企业对外贸易中使用最为频繁的一种方式,成为对外合作的桥梁与纽带。
本文通过对笔记本电脑生产以及销售市场状况的分析研究,发现代工企业在实施品牌战略过程中困难重重,但品牌化又是代工企业的必然选择;并运用实证分析的方法,通过对华硕电脑有限公司从创立、发展到现阶段发展过程中所取得的成就与面临的困境进行分析,进而从企业文化、销售策略到组织结构等多角度,多方面的解析研究,试图为笔记本代工企业以及我国的加工制造业的发展,特别是自有品牌的发展提供一些依据和参考意见。
本文的第一章主要是介绍本文的选题的背景、意义以及相关的文献综述,并交代了本文对该题目的研究所采取的方法和思路;第二章主要是介绍 OEM的相关基础理论、产生背景;第三章主要是对笔记本电脑市场的分析;第四章主要对华硕电脑发展历程和公司的品牌战略进行深层分析,得出结论,并以此为依据给出对中国制造业以启示和优化建议。


With the development of economic globalization , more and more Chinese enterprises have entered the international markets and participated in international competition. With the advantage of the low cost of labor force and ever-increasing productivity , china is holding a very important position in the international trade. OME mode is a frequently –used mode in the process of international trade and it has become the bridge for international cooperation.
Based on the analysis of the production of laptops and its retailing markets , the author finds 代工企业 facing a variety of difficultities in the process of brandnization , but brandnization is also a necessary choice .Through the analysis of achievements and difficulties of hua shuo computer , and the further analysis of enterprise culture , sale strategy and organizing structure , the author attempts to provide some valuable advices for the development of laptop 代工企业 and Chinese manufacture , esp. for our own home-made brand .
The first chapter mainly deals with the background , meaning and relevant references of this subject and also introduce the research method. In chapter two the author mainly introduces some basic theory of OEM. Chapter three is centered on the analysis of laptop markets. In chapter four , the author deeply analysized  the development of hua shuo computer and its brand strategy , then come to the conclusion . Finally author provides advice for Chinese manufacture and make some suggestions for optimizations.
