40years ago, we are excluded by the united nation leading by the us, sanction, isolation never let us surrend , oppositely, we established a great industrial  and defence system from nothing.  we are short of money, teachnology, and work toughly  with malnourished body.  now we are rich,  2000 bln dollar foreign reserve,  become no 1 creditor to  the us.  financial crisis endanger our fortune, although the national treatury is most safe investment theoretically, we also aware the gap between  western political system and ours. socialism can't save capitalism. it is our turn to take the right to speak for countries of the third world.

I will be damned if i am told to give it all away and pay for anothers complacency... I will be damned if i watch another live of off my sweat, blood and sacrifice, because they were to reckless and irresponsible to take care of, or look after themselves....

Thank you again.......

PS: I hope more Americans voice their opinions, even if it is opposite of mine......

As an American I agree 100%.  There are far too many people that made intentionally bad decisions or were just plain ignorant. These people are getting government handouts with my tax money. Nothing angers me more than those people that took out mortgage loans thinking they could refinance later for a better fixed interest rate before the loan reset higher. This was a gamble just like at a casino. If you make a bad bet you lose your money. They made a bad bet and should suffer the result. They should not be rewarded by having the balance reduced and being given a low fixed interest rate. The most I might be able to accept would be giving them a 30 or 40 year fixed rate mortgage at current rates and for the current balance owed less any late fees or fines. If they are still unable to afford this then they should lose their home plain and simple. No way should they be given what amounts to subsidized housing for being stupid, greedy or both. As for those people that bought these homes just as an investment bet? They should be given nothing at all and in fact should be forced to bay back the difference between what the bank can sell the house for and what balance remains.

Now to add an observation. I have read all of your posts here, examined your grammar usage and over all writing style I suspect that you may not be American. At least not born in America. I find your writing style to be more like that of an impassioned Chinese writer.
