With enough beer, anything can taste great!! lol

Snails remind me of eating raw oysters......... I love HOT Tabasco sause on mine.......

maybe a whole case of beer when we are talking about slimy little snails

I tried one as part of an entre the other day at a lovely little french restaurant. No beer at all.

It tastes as good as it sounds.

The main - salade de chèvre chaud. Now this is a good french dish. Warmed goat's cheese, with a bed of pear & walnut compote & a drizzle of infused honey, olive oil over baby spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and sliced pear. Divine.

How about a beer-booger soup? All boogers are naturally produced by Eagleclaw.
