if u couldn'e fall asleep,just deep breath,don't keep on thinking,thinking,take it easy,different people has different ways to treat sleeping preblem,just find a way effect u,drink a hot milk,do some sports,or count
good luck,if u are serious,pls go to see the doctor,there'll be fine

I have a sleeping problem everyday. I rarely sleep more than 2- 3 hours per day and some days, not at all. It's getting to the stage now where I think I'd better see if I can get some medicine to knock me out so my poor ole body can recover from the energy used in my work. Hope you can solve your problem.

yes, i have the same expriecnce with you sometimes
i have concluded the reason is what i think to much and too much,
so i told me i need a calm and peaceful time to relax, ohterwise the problem wil bacome badly
so the problem became better after a little bit time
a piece of advice:
must relax and make a day ,even a half day off duty to enjoy and calm your heart.
it will be fine.

wish you recover soon, i know what's it

i used t o experience a hard time when i made preparations for post graduation exam...unforgettable.
sleepless problem bothered me for more than 3 month. i even couldn't figure out a way to tackle it until the closing of that exam.
bad result came up......
if i could turn back time, i definitely would choose to face the problem with  not dwelling on unkown things, just let it go...............
over-thinking is really bad to ur health

here again.
I once have the same problemwhen i was in college, and sometimes even a little noise can interrupt my dream. The problem kept torruring me for years and there was no good and efficient way to solve it.

Now, i still be afraid of waking in the early moring or cannot fall asleep at late night. So, i never go to bed before half  past eleven and get up ata around six in the moring. A good sleep i get .
