I think the fireworks is responsible for the big fire in CCTV Building. The fire works should be forbidden in the city.

A fireman was confirmed dead and six other people were injured in the fire, including five firemen and a CCTV worker.

All government buildings are usually covered by insurance policies and often with foreign companies.
